Cancellation Policy
(For Monday - Friday Clients Only)
Cancellation needs to be sent and recieved by e-mail or
phone call by 5 PM the previous business day.

For example a:
Friday cancellation needs to be turned in by Thursday 5 PM at the latest.
Monday cancellation needs to be turned in by Friday 5 PM at the latest.
Any cancellations after the deadline get the full charge.
